MEET THE CHEF/OWNER

Chef Keisha was born in the Caribbean on the beautiful Island of Trinidad and Tobago. She was drawn to Culinary Arts at the tender young age of 8 and began her passionate journey of cooking delicious dishes. She later relocated to the United States where she received professional training in Culinary Arts at Stratford University. Chef Keisha enhanced her masterful preparation of aesthetically pleasing dishes through sharing kitchens with exceptional local and international culinary talents. Her passion has always been sharing authentic Caribbean dishes for others to enjoy. She loves diversity and innovation in the kitchen. Her goal is to provide Caribbean spices and flavors with each bite that will captivate the palette and feed the soul. Chef Keisha developed her love for cooking while spending time with her late mother Victoria. Now, as a loving mother she passes down precious family recipes including secret herbs, spices, and seasonings to her daughter. Chef Keisha’s desire is that you will agree that every bite of each meal is “Cooked with Passion & Served with Love.”
